Bill Perry

Bill Perry has been in the real estate business for most of his life.  His family has been in development, construction, and sales business since he was a child in the Auburn and Opelika community.  After graduating from Auburn University in the 80’s, he went to work for a local bank and focused his career on commercial and development lending in the Auburn and Opelika community while also acquiring his real estate license which remained inactive for his entire career as a banker lasting more than twenty years.  After retiring from banking, he activated his license, focused on commercial and institutional sales and began studying for his broker’s license.

Bill understands the real estate business must be service oriented in order for the experience to be a positive one on both sides of the transaction.  The Auburn and Opelika area is growing with real estate values growing too.  Buying and selling real estate can be a daunting task and having someone knowledgeable to lead the buyer or seller through the process is the biggest key to success.

Bill Perry is the Qualifying and Managing Broker for Auburn Realty's 369 South College Street Office which is directly across the street from the Auburn University Campus.

Bill Perry is currently on the founding board of the non-profit group responsible for constructing twenty-six miles of multi-use trails used primarily for mountain biking at Chewacla State Park which financially saved the park from being shut down.  He is also the head coach of Auburn High School’s mountain bike time that, last season, had forty-six young men and ladies on the team and won the State Championship.  The head coach position he holds is totally an unpaid position so please support his family and he community when purchasing real estate by patronizing Auburn Realty!
